As of May 2019, a position as assistant researcher/lecturer will be vacant at the Research Unit Architecture Theory and Philosophy of Technics. Candidates are expected to teach and conduct research at the department and earn a doctorate in architecture theory.

Desired qualifications: academic, professional and technical skills in the fields of architecture and architectonics / theory; special interest in information technology and its philosophical understanding in connection with culture, education, politics, economics; didactic talent regarding interdisciplinary working and teaching methods. Ambition and ability to participate in the identity formation of the department. Language / text affinity, interest in abstraction and aesthetics, experience in writing / expression, good command of English, teaching experience, design practice, familiarity with and interest in architecture schools in international comparison, teamwork.

For a period of 4 years, 30 hours per week.
